Cut chicken thigh fillet into 1cm strips
Marinate the chicken in the mix of water and and chilli bread spice and refrigerate for 3 hours
In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients together – All-purpose flour, milk powder, red chilli and milk powder
Add the marinated chicken and combine until all the chicken is covered in dry ingredients.
Dust with all purpose flour and deep fry the chicken until its golden in colour.
